Market day kete

What did the market day get you to do?sell the products and trying to attrack people by  playing better music and walking around telling people to buy our product.

What were your learnings eg job roles, budgeting, letter writing and marketing a successful product?yes it was succesful.

How important were decsions that you made eg choice of product, choice of poeple you worked with, how well you applied yourself during the production week? The decsions we made were hard to choose since the boys were changing the price and our other decsions were easy to make.

Do you believe you were successful and what evidence do you have to make that judgement?I think we were successful because we sold out but i think we could of did better because we were letting people touch our product wothout paying then they made holes in the bags by accident because the bag wasn't that strong.

Do you believe you up held the value's of hhs during market day and explain why?I showed the value's by respecting our coustermers

How to score a badminton

For the past week we have been playing badminton in PE. Today I am going to tell you how to score a game of badminton.

You can play badminton in singles or pairs. There are smaller lines for a single match and wilder/deeper lines for a doubles match.

If you hit the shuttlecock over to the opposition side, and they don´t hit it, but it lands within the court lines, you score a point.

If a server is unsuccessful in hitting the shuttlecock over the net, or the serve doesn't go diagonal, its a point to the other team and they get the next serve.

If you hit the shuttlecock out of the court/lines, its a point to the other team.

If you dont hit the shuttleckock, or dont hit it back over the net, and it falls to the ground on your side of the court, its a point to the other team,

The first team to reach 21 points wins the game. There are usaslly 3 games played, so you might win 3-0,2-1 or 2-0

If the teams are both on 20 points in a game, the winner must get two points ahead to win, eg. 22-20

Maori Land March 1975

The point of it was to win back Maori land that was being continuously. About 5000 people where included in the march, and they stayed at a local marae every night. Towns they visted include:

Te Kao, Kaitaia, Mangamuka, Otiria, Whangarei, Kaiwaka, Wellsford, Orewa, Northcote, Auckland, Ngaruwahia, Kihikihi, Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, Tauramunui, Raurimu, Raetihi, Wanganui, Ratana, Bulls, Palmerston North, Shannon, Otaki, Porirua, Wellington.

The springbok tour protests

What is another word for apartheid? The state of being apart.

Why did the protesters need helmets? To protect their heads from the police's long batons and throwing stuff over protesters.

Why do you think being called honorary whites upset the maori all blacks?Maybe because they were maori's not whites and didn't like being called the honorary whites.

Why do you think the Hamilton rugby game cancelled?Because the protesters were running on the field chanting "THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING"

Do you think this protest was successful? Why?Why not?I think the protest was successful because Nelson Mandela said the sun has come out.New Zealand helped end apartheid  and Nelson Mandela ended apartheid.

How do you think New Zealand protests helped nelson Mandela? In the story it says New Zealand helped end apartheid and Nelson Mandela saw them protesting so he decided to end it in South Africa I think.

FACTS

During one of the games there was a flour bomb test and droping a lot of flour bombs onto the field and players.

More than 150,000 people took part over 200 demonstrations in 28 centers, and 1500 were charged with offences stemming from these protests.

In many ways okaying of rugby took a back seat in protest 1981.

Rugby fallout from the tour for some commentators, these events were a watershed in our view of ourselves.

Alot of people tried stoping the spring bok tour and they had shields and flour bombs.

ARDIE SAVEA SPEECH

KIA ORA ME NAME IS TJ STRAIGHT FROM SOUTH AUCKLAND 685

born 14 october 1993

When Ardie was little he use to always watch the hurricanes play rugby;after the game finished he would always run around acting like Jonah Lomu or Ma'a Nonu bumping people off and he would always go waking up his parents and Julz AKA Julian Savea early in the morning so he could go and try play like his hero's.

He first started playing pro rugby in 2012 when he was 18 and made his first debut for the Wellington lions and he was played NO.8 and blindside flanker and he was fast and had a lot of power and he was aggressive.

2013 he played with the hurricanes after signing a 2 year deal then he travelled with the all blacks all over europe in 2015 and then he was put into the starting line up for the huricanes and he couldnt play in the finals cuase he was injured.

2017 Savea was one of the highest try scorers for the 2017 super rugby season scoring six that year. The first game they had the season hurricanes won to the sun wolves and Ardie savea played the full 80 minute game.

2018 performed well against France during the mid-year Steinlager series, with his performance in the first two tests including an outstanding try. Due to Sam Cane's ongoing poor discipline, Savea earned a start at openside flanker during the final test of the series.

And he still plays for the hurricanes
